REFUND

- You can get an exchange or refund within 7 days 

from the date you receive the product.

- You cannot exchange or return objet and shoe products, 

and you can exchange size once for shoes.

- Products that are found to be damaged or used cannot be exchanged or returned

- products come with a warranty. If you lose the warranty, you may not be able to

 exchange it with A/S or refund it, so please keep it together. 

- If you apply for an exchange return due to any other reason other than defect, 

  the round-trip shipping fee is your own responsibility, and the delivery fee 

and duration may vary depending on the situation.

- If a defective product is confirmed within 7 days after receiving the product,

  If you contact the customer center, we will help you with the exchange 

and refund as soon as possible.
